Creating value is not about hoarding. It’s about open and sharing. Creating value means increasing value of a network. So we partner with others to increase reach and value.
SMS is important because it can reach people where information service can have profound impact (i.e. Haiti, Chile, Middle East).
SMS is the great power of twitter for those on the other side of the digital divide.
Reduce the walls between the people who have a lot of influence and the people they influence.
